Knowing Your Value - Women In The Work Place by Mika Brzezinski

This is an extraordinary book in which Mika talks about despite her professional experience, excellent work ethics she could not get a raise to match her male colleagues salary at MSNBC  She felt demoralized, outraged and just plain tired. She reflects on the fact that she worked as hard or harder than her male counterparts but here salary still remained a far distance less than theirs until she decided to stand up and fight for herself as a female.
